The E-Commerce Executive must be a versatile individual with a start-up mind set, capable of multitasking and taking ownership of their responsibilities. This role requires effective coordination with multiple suppliers, as well as seamless collaboration with the logistics and sales teams. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sales-to-Order Cycle: Understand and manage the complete sales-to-order cycle, ensuring efficient and timely order processing.

• Sales Order and Purchase Order Creation: Handle the creation of sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

• MIS Reporting: Generate daily and weekly MIS reports to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Start-up Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive and innovative start-up mind set, taking initiative, and adapting to a fast-paced environment.

• Multi-Tasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, prioritizing as needed to meet deadlines.

• Ownership: Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring their successful completion.

• Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with a large number of suppliers on a daily basis to ensure smooth order fulfilment and maintain strong vendor relationships.
