Job Title: Documentation Export (Road)

Location: Mumbai, Andheri West.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented CHA Documentation Export to manage the export documentation process for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs regulations, preparing and reviewing export documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in preparing Checklist, E-Sanchit, Shipping Bill Filling and LR Preparation, Transport and Client co Ordination, Proficiency in ONS Software system

• Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.

• Communicate with clients regarding documentation requirements and updates on export status.

• Resolve any issues related to documentation discrepancies or customs clearance delays.

• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and export compliance requirements.

• Provide support in preparing and submitting export declarations and permits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in export documentation roles (2-3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and export procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, customs management systems).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Most Important is at least 2-3 years’ minimum experience in to ONS Software
