Coordinate Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order flow from receipt to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales and distribution requests.
Inventory & Stock Management: Track stock availability, coordinate with warehouse teams, and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet distribution demands.
Logistics & Dispatch Support: Liaise with transport vendors and internal teams to schedule deliveries, monitor shipments, and ensure on-time dispatches.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for order-related queries from internal departments, distributors, and clients.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain distribution records, prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, and ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation requirements.
