Distribution Centre Executive – Job Description Role
As a Sales and Distribution Centre Executive, you will be responsible for delivering in quick mental calculation and handle the inventory effectively and efficiently with the presence of mind. Therefore, your contribution will directly impact the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quick Mental Calculation: Stay updated on the inventory stock and ability to calculate things quickly.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products, including their features, prices, and care instructions to facilitate the purchasing team.
• Forecast Thinking: should have the ability to predict the requirements of the team, understand the requirements of the team and meet the TAT. Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury goods industry is preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain product knowledge, handle transactions, and manage inventory records accurately.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
