Key Responsibilities:

• oversees the daily operations of a dispatch team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products or services

• Developing and implementing efficient dispatch processes, ensuring smooth workflow, and optimizing delivery schedules. 

• Assigning delivery routes, coordinating with drivers, and monitoring delivery progress. 

• Addressing and resolving any issues or delays that arise during the dispatch process. 

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, delivery times, and customer satisfaction. 

• Maintaining clear communication with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders. 

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of dispatch activities and related documentation. 

• Identifying and resolving operational issues, and developing solutions to improve efficiency

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge , The ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively,Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
