Role & responsibilities We are seeking a skilled SAP Operator with expertise in Billing & Dispatch to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and SAP software. This role requires an individual who is highly organized and can handle multiple tasks within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating SAP for managing billing and dispatch processes.

• Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.

• Handling and processing of dispatch-related paperwork.

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the warehouse in meeting its daily targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong focus on billing and dispatch.

• Proficiency in SAP software (SAP MM/SD module is a plus).

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass (or equivalent).

• Ability to work in a 12-hour shift system (weekly rotational shifts of day and night).

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Candidates residing within 10 KMs of Dankuni will be preferred for ease of commute.
