• Maintain accurate records of all inward materials, consumables, and stock.
	• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders (quality, quantity, documentation).
	• Ensure systematic storage (binning, tagging, FIFO/FEFO).
	• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock checks and reconcile physical vs. system stock.
	• Monitor and control minimum/maximum stock levels and raise requisitions accordingly.
	• Prevent losses due to pilferage, damage, or improper handling.
B) Despatch Management
	• Plan daily despatches as per sales/dispatch orders and production availability.
	• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
	• Prepare invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other required documentation.
	• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading to avoid transit damage.
	• Track dispatched consignments and update customers/sales team.
