Ensure all parcels are securely packed, properly sealed, and labeled correctly
Maintain consistency and quality standards across all packed shipments
3. Courier Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate daily pickups with assigned courier partners
Handover ready parcels to courier personnel against accurate manifests
Maintain signed proofs of dispatch and detailed handover logs for audit and tracking purposes
4. Daily Documentation & Tracking:
