Cargo Freight Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Cargo Executive to join our airport operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cargo operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and delivering excellent service to customers, airlines, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily cargo handling operations (import, export, and domestic).

Ensure compliance with airport security, safety, and regulatory requirements (DGCA, IATA, Customs).

Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and ground handling teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Verify and process shipping documentation including Air Waybills (AWB), manifests, and customs papers.

Monitor loading/unloading of cargo, ensuring proper handling of sensitive, dangerous, and perishable goods.

Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and update cargo management systems.

Address customer queries and provide support for cargo tracking, booking, and documentation.

Assist in optimizing cargo storage, warehouse management, and inventory control.

Work closely with operations managers to achieve on-time performance and service excellence.
