We are hiring a dynamic Branch Manager to lead branch-level logistics operations, sales, and team management. This role demands strong leadership, customer relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure smooth and profitable functioning of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations (courier, transport, warehousing, dispatch)
Lead and supervise branch staff: operations, dispatch, sales, customer support
Achieve branch revenue targets and ensure profitability
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments (FTL, PTL, air, cold chain)
Monitor inventory, vehicle movement, and warehouse processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
Generate reports on sales, operations, and KPIs
Requirements:
6–10 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain management
Proven team management and branch leadership skills
Strong customer service and sales orientation
Familiarity with TMS/WMS and ERP systems
Good understanding of logistics documentation and compliance (e-way bills, PODs)
Graduate or MBA preferred
