Position: Admin Executive
Salary: 15k to 18k
Location: Jhundpur, Sonipat (Plant)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage administrative tasks at our Jhundpur plant. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and process the monthly salary of factory workers.

·         Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for factory employees.

·         Coordinate with the Accounts team for sale and purchase invoices.

·         Handle and record day-to-day plant expenses.

·         Liaise with the HR department regarding new joinings, statutory compliance, and documentation related to factory workers.

·         Maintain and regularly update factory stock records.

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Prior experience in plant administration or a similar role.

·         Basic knowledge of accounts and HR processes.

·         Proficiency in MS Office and relevant admin tools.

·         Strong communication and organizational skills.
