Guest Interaction & Support
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and timely manner
Help them find seats, offer movie/showtime information, and manage queries or complaints
Box Office & Concession
Operate box office systems to issue tickets, process refunds, handle concession order
Follow strict cash handling procedures, perform self‑audits, maintain cash floats and daily reports
Seat-side Service & Upsellin
Recommend food or beverage items and seat services (e.g., popcorn, drinks) to enhance guest experience and boost revenue
Cleanliness & Operational Standard
Maintain hygiene in counters, auditoriums, and F&B zones, help with section upkeep and safety compliance
Teamwork & Multitaskin
Work collaboratively across box office, concessions, ushering, loyalty programs, and promotions
🎓 Qualifications & Candidate Profil
Education: 10th or 12th pass; graduates or hospitality diploma holders preferred
Experience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year); experience in hospitality, retail, cinema, or customer service is a plu
Age: Typically 18–30 years in Ahmedabad listings
Gender: Listings show any gender eligible in Ahmedabad and Vadodara roles (Delhi sometimes restricts male candidates only)
Skills
Basic English and Hindi/Gujarati communicatio
Strong customer‑centric attitude, presentable, well‑groome
Quick learner, multitasker, disciplined, integrity-driven attitude
Shifts: Must be comfortable with morning, evening, night, and rotational shifts including weekends
💰 Offered Compensation & Benefit
In-hand Salary: Approximately ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month depending on location, experience, and shift—aligned with listings in Ahmedabad and Vadodara
Annual CTC: ₹1.5 LPA to ₹3.6 LPA based on AmbitionBox estimates for Service/Guest Service associates
