Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter to serve guests in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer satisfaction by delivering prompt service, maintaining cleanliness, and understanding guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Serve orders efficiently to tables.

• Ensure guest satisfaction during meals; promptly respond to requests.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

• Follow service and safety standards at all times.

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year preferred in a restaurant/hotel.

• Education: Not mandatory.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Pleasant, polite, and presentable.

• Basic understanding of food and beverages (preferred).
