Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring high service standards.

• Provide menu recommendations and upsell beverages/food items.

• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and well-presented.

• Handle guest queries and complaints with a positive approach.

• Work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality preferred (freshers may also apply with good communication skills)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
