Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas (dining hall, kitchen back-areas, service counters).
Assist with setting up tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc.
Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery from tables and return items to service areas or dishwashing.
Support the kitchen staff by stacking, washing, and organizing dishes, pans, kitchen utensils.
Ensure stock of service items (napkins, condiments, tableware) is replenished.
Assist with food & beverage service when required (e.g. carrying trays, serving water).
Adhere to health & safety & hygiene protocols (e.g. Food Safety Standards, Cleanup procedures).
Report repair/maintenance needs of equipment or facility to supervisor.
Follow proper waste disposal, segregation, recycling policies.
Assist with inventory, receiving, and storing of service supplies and equipment.
