We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Steward to support the restaurant service team. The Steward is responsible for table setup, serving food & beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Greet guests courteously and assist in seating if needed.
Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately.
Ensure table settings are clean and as per SOPs.
Refill water, clear tables, and reset them promptly.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, side stations, and service areas.
Assist with daily mise-en-place and side duties.
Follow hygiene, grooming, and service standards at all times.
Cooperate with kitchen and cashier staff to ensure smooth order flow.
Report guest feedback or complaints to the Captain/Supervisor.
0–2 years of experience in restaurant service (Freshers may apply).
Basic knowledge of service etiquette.
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Well-groomed, polite, and professional appearance.
Physically fit and able to work on rotational shifts.
Rotational shifts (Lunch/Dinner).
Weekends and public holiday availability required.

The Senior Steward plays a key role in supervising junior stewards, maintaining service quality, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position requires hands-on experience in restaurant service and a proactive approach to leadership.
Supervise and guide stewards during service hours.
Take responsibility for guest service in the assigned section.
Ensure proper table setup and timely service of food & beverages.
Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate major concerns.
Conduct daily briefing and assign duties to stewards.
Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in the service area.
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff for smooth service flow.
Train new stewards in service procedures and standards.
Assist the Captain in maintaining SOP compliance.
2–3 years of experience in restaurant service with team handling exposure.
Sound knowledge of service techniques, order taking, and POS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead by example.
Fluency in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Rotational shifts with weekend and holiday availability.
