The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dishwashing areas. This includes washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as ensuring proper waste disposal and supporting the kitchen team with stock movement and organization.
Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Operate dishwashing machines as per standard procedures.
Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, storage areas, and waste disposal areas.
Ensure garbage is collected and disposed of according to hygiene standards.
Assist in unloading and storing food deliveries and supplies.
Follow all health and safety regulations and hygiene procedures.
