Key Roles and Responsibilities As a Team Member, you are expected to:
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store, including dining area, counter, kitchen support areas and washrooms, following standard cleaning checklists and using cleaning materials safely.
• Ensure high hygiene standards at all times by sanitising surfaces, handling food and beverages safely, following personal grooming standards, and complying with FSSAI and internal food safety guidelines.
• Handle customer queries and doubts in a polite and professional manner, including questions related to menu items, ingredients, offers, order status and billing.
• Provide warm and prompt customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Support smooth store operations by assisting with basic food preparation, stock refilling, counter setup, and maintaining adequate levels of disposables and packaging material.
• Follow all store SOPs related to cash handling (if assigned), billing, POS usage, and reconciliation as instructed by the Store Manager or Shift Supervisor.
• Adhere to company policies on punctuality, attendance, dress code, code of conduct, and health and safety at the workplace.
• Work in coordination with other team members to achieve outlet targets related to sales, customer feedback scores and operational efficiency.
4. Working Hours Your working hours and weekly off will be as per the duty roster prepared by the Store Manager, including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required for business needs.
5. Probation and Confirmation You will be on probation for a period as per company policy, starting from your date of joining; based on performance, conduct and business requirements, your services may be confirmed in writing.
6. Other Terms and Conditions
• You are expected to maintain confidentiality of all company information, including recipes, processes, pricing and customer data.
• Employment with Beyondburg Inc. will be governed by the employee handbook, store SOPs and any additional policies notified from time to time.
• The company reserves the right to modify your responsibilities, shift timings or work location within reasonable limits based on operational requirements.
