About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic individual to assist in managing our restaurant
operations. The primary focus of this role is to monitor and maintain outlet ratings
(Google, Swiggy, Zomato) by ensuring exceptional customer service and prompt
resolution of feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Track and improve outlet ratings and reviews across online platforms.
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations for smooth functioning.
Train and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
Assist in cash management and maintain basic reports using Excel.
Monitor inventory, place purchase orders, and minimize wastage.
Support sales initiatives and ensure efficient outlet performance.
