Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused professional to manage the daily operations of our restaurant and banquet services while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational skills, with a flair for hospitality and guest relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field
2–10 years of experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry
Familiarity with event management and gaming zone operations is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1. Restaurant Operations
Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations.
Ensure high standards of service, food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Coordinate with kitchen for timely service and manage POS and billing systems.
Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints swiftly.
2. Banquet & Event Management
Manage end-to-end banquet events (birthdays, corporates, etc.).
Coordinate menus, seating, décor, and event execution.
Ensure accurate billing and post-event client follow-ups.
3. Guest Relations
Deliver excellent guest service across all touchpoints.
Handle VIPs and create memorable guest experiences.
Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
4. Staff Management
Supervise and train restaurant, bar, and banquet teams.
Prepare duty rosters, enforce grooming standards, and uphold service quality.
5. Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels and manage procurement with stores.
Control wastage and pilferage; analyze consumption reports.
6. Marketing & Business Development
Support marketing efforts, promotions, and event planning.
Build partnerships with corporates, planners, and agencies.
7. Compliance & Safety
Ensure FSSAI, fire, and safety compliance across operations.
Implement 5S standards and conduct regular hygiene audits.
8. Front Desk & Gaming Area Coordination
Oversee POS, ticketing, and guest check-in/check-out processes.
Liaise with game zone operators to manage bookings and customer flow.
