Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Hospitality Manager to join our team at Pune International Airport. The ideal candidate will bring 4–5 years of solid experience in hospitality, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for delivering superior guest service in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee hospitality operations within the airport (lounge, guest services, or front office).

• Ensure high levels of passenger satisfaction and smooth service flow.

• Lead and train a team of staff to maintain airport service standards.

• Handle passenger complaints and special service requests efficiently.

• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling, and airport authorities.

• Maintain budgets, staffing schedules, and inventory control.

• Enforce safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in a hospitality management role (airport experience is a plus).

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Familiarity with airport or lounge operations is an added advantage.
