We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to join our team at Ttc Hireworks Private Limited to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist them in seating.
Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.
Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Respond to guest queries or requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Set up and clear tables for guests.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Allocate and supervise tasks among servers, runners, and other front-of-house staff.
Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance on best practices and customer service standards.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
Operational Management:
Ensure proper setup and cleaning of the dining area, including table settings, equipment, and supplies.
Manage reservations and ensure seating arrangements are well-organized to optimize flow and capacity.
Monitor service flow, ensuring all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Assist in inventory control by ensuring adequate stock levels for service areas.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure food and beverage quality meets restaurant standards.
Perform regular checks on cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, bathrooms, and service stations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, management, and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Report any issues or concerns to management promptly and efficiently.
