Salary: ₹28,000 per month
Role Overview:
The Captain is responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, supervising stewards, ensuring smooth table service and maintaining an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day restaurant floor operations
Ensure prompt table service, order taking and delivery
Maintain coordination between service & kitchen staff
Guide, train and support stewards during operations
Address minor guest concerns and ensure satisfaction
Ensure hygiene, safety & service standards are followed
Assist in billing, table allocation & shift reports
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years experience as Captain/Steward Supervisor
Good communication and customer handling skills
Ability to multitask in high-volume service environments
Basic knowledge of POS/billing is an advantage
2. 🟩 Position: Senior Captain
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Role Overview:
Senior Captain will lead the service team, handle guest escalation, manage staff allocation and ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and monitor Captains & Stewards on shift
Supervise guest service and ensure SOP compliance
Manage table reservations, seating & order workflow
Handle escalated guest issues and feedback professionally
Conduct briefing, training & task delegation to team
Ensure inventory availability (cutlery, linen, service materials)
Support Café Manager in daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
2–4 years experience in F&B service leadership roles
Strong customer interaction & problem-solving skills
Team management ability & excellent grooming standards
Hands-on experience in POS operations preferred
