We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead our service team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a team to deliver excellent dining experiences.
Supervise and coordinate the dining area floor staff.
Welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure excellent guest service.
Train, guide, and motivate service staff to deliver high standards.
Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and proper service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the service area.
Ensure table settings, menus, and ambiance meet quality expectations.
Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize revenue.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations as needed.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (Captain/Steward).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of F&B service and customer service standards.
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred.
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
