Greet and assist guests with seating and special requests
Supervise and coordinate the work of stewards and service staff
Ensure smooth service flow on the floor during shifts
Take and manage guest orders efficiently and accurately
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service
Train and guide new and existing staff on service SOPs and grooming standards
Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Ensure table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance are maintained
Assist in inventory of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment
Support billing and POS operations as required
