We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Captain to lead our floor team. The Captain will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide waiters, stewards, and support staff
Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
Take special orders and handle VIP guests
Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and service team for timely delivery
Train new staff on service standards and upselling techniques
Ensure cleanliness, table setup, and adherence to hygiene standards
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Prior experience as Captain or Senior Steward preferred
Good knowledge of food & beverage service
Ability to multitask and manage a team during rush hours
