Greet guests and ensure they are seated comfortably
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations on the floor
Supervise and guide service staff (stewards, runners, etc.)
Assign duties and shifts to team members
Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service
Handle guest complaints and resolve them effectively
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards on the floor
Coordinate with kitchen and billing counter for smooth service
Upsell food & beverage items and promote daily specials
Train new staff and conduct briefings before each shift
Ensure adherence to Basil’s SOPs and service guidelines
2–4 years of experience in a similar role in QSR or casual/fine dining
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve conflicts
Pleasant personality and customer-first attitude
Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday working
Basic knowledge of POS and restaurant billing systems
