Responsibilities
Handle billing & order-taking for walk-ins and take-away.
Support dining captain during breaks.
Supervise cleaning when required.
Manage parcel counter during peak hours.
Support outdoor delivery and order checking.
Manage party hall guests, buffet service, and arrangements with the team.
Eligibility
Must know English & Tamil (read & write)
Minimum 2 years restaurant experience (freshers – ₹15K, salary increase after training up to 6 months)
Salary & Benefits
Salary ₹18,000 per month
Duty: 10AM–3PM & 6PM–11PM (3PM–6PM break)
Accommodation (shared room + attached toilet)
3 meals daily + weekly non-veg
30% discount on special items
Incentives for extra work/party orders
Other terms
2 weekly offs/month OR salary for 30+ days
1 month notice required
Uninformed leave = 2 days salary deduction
ESIC & Bonus after 1 year
Medical expenses shared 50%
