Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Food and Beverage Captain. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring adherence to service standards, assisting in food service, maintaining high levels of customer service, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role also requires effective communication with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service.
