Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Supervise the service team, including waiters and stewards.
Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the restaurant.
Assist in training new service staff.
Ensure all tables are properly set and all service equipment is in place.
Monitor inventory levels of service-related items and coordinate with the store or purchase team.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication in English and Hindi. Marathi is an added advantage.
Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Education:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
