Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the service team and ensure smooth table operations
Welcome guests and assist in seating, menu explanation and order taking
Ensure timely service, proper table setup and high guest satisfaction
Coordinate between kitchen and service staff for accurate order delivery
Handle guest queries, complaints and special requests professionally
Train and guide junior staff on service standards and etiquette
Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene and safety protocols
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team performance
