Cleaning & Sanitation:
Cleaning dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment; sweeping and mopping floors; wiping down counters and work surfaces; and disposing of trash and recyclables.
Food Preparation:
Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing vegetables and fruits; portioning ingredients; and assisting with basic food preparation tasks as instructed by chefs.
Stocking & Organizing:
Receiving and storing food deliveries, organizing ingredients and supplies in designated locations, and maintaining inventory levels.
Support for Kitchen Staff:
Assisting chefs and cooks by having prepped ingredients ready, maintaining a clean workspace for them, and supporting with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Operational Support:
Loading and unloading the dishwasher, managing garbage, and assisting with opening and closing duties to prepare or store ingredients safely.
