Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
· Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Ensures food quality, hygiene, and compliance with standards.
· Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the brand’s footprint (e.g., new outlets, catering, cloud kitchens).
· Drive marketing initiatives (digital, events, collaborations) to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
2. Operational Excellence
· Oversee F&B operations, ensuring adherence to vegetarian standards, quality control, and hygiene (FSSAI compliance).
· Optimize SOPs for kitchen, service, and inventory management to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
· Implement sustainability practices (zero-waste cooking, eco-friendly packaging, energy efficiency).
3. Financial & Compliance Management
· Monitor P&L statements, cost ratios, and financial KPIs to ensure profitability.
· Negotiate with vendors/suppliers for cost-effective procurement of vegetarian ingredients.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, licensing, and local regulations.
4. Team Development & Culture
· Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of HODs (F&B, Kitchen, Admin).
· Foster a positive work culture centered on teamwork, guest-centricity, and innovation.
· Conduct regular reviews and incentive programs to motivate staff.
5. Guest Experience & Reputation
· Uphold 5-star service standards and resolve escalated guest concerns.
· Analyze customer feedback (online reviews, surveys) to drive continuous improvement.
· Develop loyalty programs and community engagement initiatives / Website.
6. Technology & Innovation
· Leverage POS systems (Petpooja, Swiggy, Zomato) and analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
· Explore tech integrations (online ordering, Tally, CRM systems) to enhance operations.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: MBA in Hospitality/Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
· Experience:
o 5-10 years in restaurant/hotel leadership, with expertise in vegetarian F&B operations.
o Proven track record in scaling businesses, cost control, and team development.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in financial Planning, inventory software, and digital marketing.
o Knowledge of vegetarian culinary trends and global best practices.
· Soft Skills:
o Strategic thinker, strong communicator (English, Hindi, Marathi), and problem-solver.
