Position Overview:As a Café Team Member at Chai Point, you will be the face of the brand—serving fresh chai, snacks, and smiles to every customer. You’ll ensure smooth store operations, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver an exceptional experience that reflects Chai Point’s values of warmth, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
Take and process customer orders accurately through the POS system.
Prepare chai, beverages, and food items as per Chai Point standards and recipes.
Maintain cleanliness of the café area, kitchen, and serving counters.
Refill supplies and manage stock as per shift requirements.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI food handling standards.
Support the team in achieving daily sales and service targets.
Handle customer queries and feedback courteously.
Assist in store opening and closing duties.
Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Energetic, punctual, and reliable.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of beverages and food preparation (training will be provided).
Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and presentation standards.
Qualification & Experience:Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in café, QSR, or food retail preferred.
Freshers passionate about hospitality are welcome.
Working Conditions:Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Uniform and grooming standards to be maintained as per company policy.
