Department: Food & Beverage – Box Bites Café
Location: Gopalan Malls, Bangalore
Reporting To: Café Manager / F&B Supervisor
To ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations at Box Bites Café by assisting in food preparation, serving, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards. The ESP staff plays a key role in creating a welcoming and satisfying dining experience for customers.
Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Handle billing and cash/card transactions responsibly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in service and dining areas.
Ensure tables are cleared and set up efficiently.
Assist chefs or commis staff with basic food preparation when required.
Ensure all food items are served as per café standards.
Maintain freshness, quality, and portion control of all menu items.
Follow proper hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards.
Ensure all equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly.
Comply with all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene guidelines.
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth order processing.
Report any customer complaints, delays, or issues to the Café Manager immediately.
Support team members during busy hours and special events.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of café or restaurant operations.
Positive attitude and team spirit.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Diploma in Hotel Management preferred).
0–4 years of experience in café, QSR, or restaurant service roles.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
