Job Title: Café Executive/Store executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Café Executive to manage day-to-day operations at Box Bite Café. The role involves handling customer orders, maintaining service quality, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting café operations to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with menu choices, orders, and service.

• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.

• Ensure café hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met.

• Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory tracking.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order processing.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolutions politely.

• Assist in promotional activities, upselling, and maintaining customer loyalty.

• Prepare daily sales/operations reports as assigned by the Café Manager.

• Work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per café schedule.

Requirements

• Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (Hotel Management / F&B preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in café, QSR, or F&B service.

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Kannada preferred).

• Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality.

• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to work in shifts and extended hours if required.
