Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Café Executives to manage daily café operations at Box Bite Café. The role includes handling customer orders, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting kitchen staff, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.

• Assist customers with menu selection, order taking, and billing.

• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and quick food items.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained in the café.

• Handle POS system/cash transactions accurately.

• Support stock management and replenishment of café supplies.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

• Upsell and promote café items to increase sales.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely.

• Follow shift schedules and maintain discipline at work.

Requirements

• Qualification: 10th / 12th pass minimum; Diploma/Hotel Management preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).

• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).

• Pleasant personality with a customer service approach.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
