We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Café Executives to manage daily café operations at Box Bite Café. The role includes handling customer orders, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting kitchen staff, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with menu selection, order taking, and billing.
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and quick food items.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained in the café.
Handle POS system/cash transactions accurately.
Support stock management and replenishment of café supplies.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Upsell and promote café items to increase sales.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely.
Follow shift schedules and maintain discipline at work.
Qualification: 10th / 12th pass minimum; Diploma/Hotel Management preferred.
0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
Pleasant personality with a customer service approach.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices.
