As a Café Crew Member, you will be the face of our QSR Café. You will ensure high-quality service, prepare food and beverages, maintain hygiene standards, and provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure quick and accurate service.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages as per café standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café at all times.

• Handle billing, POS systems, and cash transactions responsibly.

• Assist in stock management and replenishment of supplies.

• Follow standard operating procedures (s SOPs) for safety, hygiene, and quality.

• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth café operations.

• Address customer queries and complaints politely and promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

• Prior experience in a QSR, café, or F&B outlet preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Energetic, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
