• Train staff in food safety and customer service practices.

3. Food Quality & Hygiene

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

• Conduct regular checks of food storage and preparation areas.

4. Customer Service

• Handle feedback and complaints effectively.

• Ensure efficient and friendly service to all customers.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate logs of staff attendance, inventory, and health checks.

• Coordinate with authorities for food safety audits and licenses.
