1. Position: Outlet Manager

Role Overview: The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Theobroma outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. The role involves managing staff, inventory, and sales targets while maintaining Theobroma’s quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Achieve sales and profitability targets as per company goals.
Handle inventory management, stock ordering, and wastage control.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and brand standards are maintained at all times.
Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on outlet performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in Hotel Management / Business Administration preferred.
3+ years of experience in F&B / QSR / Retail operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
2. Position: Shift Manager
Location: Goa Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role
Role Overview: The Shift Manager supports the Outlet Manager in ensuring the smooth functioning of the store during assigned shifts. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, staff management, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts.
Maintain service standards and ensure prompt customer service.
Manage cash handling, billing, and shift closing reports.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
Handle minor customer issues and escalate major concerns.
Support inventory and ordering processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
Prior experience in food retail, café, or QSR environment preferred.
Good leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Position: Associate (Team Member)
Location: Goa Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Role Overview: The Associate is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by assisting in product preparation, counter service, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with menu choices.
Handle billing, packaging, and product serving efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of service counters and dining areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support kitchen staff during busy hours.
Ensure smooth coordination within the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
