About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our cafe in Mohali, with a strong background in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, drive customer satisfaction, manage staff, and help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures

• Supervise and train staff on food prep, customer service, hygiene, and safety standards

• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and reduce wastage

• Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally

• Manage cash flow, daily sales reporting, and reconciliation

• Execute marketing initiatives and promotions to boost footfall and sales

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with FSSAI and safety regulations

• Coordinate with suppliers and third-party delivery platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.)

• Work towards achieving revenue targets and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

• 2+ years of experience in a managerial role in a QSR, cafe.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and staff scheduling

• Knowledge of local food safety and hygiene standards

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
