Bakery Manager

Job Role:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly individual who can manage the bakery outlet and handle counter sales. The ideal candidate should be able to take orders, handle billing, manage inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter

• Handle order taking, billing, and cash/card transactions

• Maintain stock, track daily sales, and manage inventory

• Ensure the counter and display are clean and organized

• Supervise hygiene, coordinate with bakery staff

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

• Prepare daily reports and update management

Requirements:

• 12th pass or graduate preferred

• Prior experience in retail/food outlet/counter sales is a plus

• Good communication and basic computer/billing skills

• Honest, punctual, and well-groomed

• Ability to handle responsibilities independently

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Timing: 8;00 AM – 8;00 PM (with break)

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month (based on experience)
