Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media Executive to handle content creation, client engagement, and social media strategy across platforms. Video shooting (especially reels) is a mandatory skill for this role, as it involves on-site client visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels)

• Conduct video and reel shoots at client locations

• Develop platform-specific strategies to increase visibility and engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain content consistency

• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools

• Research trends and competitors to refine creative strategy

• Coordinate with clients for approvals, scripting, and feedback

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing/content creation

• Hands-on experience in video shooting and editing is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Familiarity with tools for content scheduling and analytics

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel for on-site shoots

• Must be able to join within 15 days
