Were seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor + Motion Designer with a strong grasp of Adobe Suite tools, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to thrive under pressure. If you have experience working in fast-paced environments like agencies or media teams, and a passion for the crypto/blockchain space, this role is for you.

✅ Key Requirements

Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion design

Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop is a must

Ability to think creatively and translate abstract ideas into visual stories

Comfortable working with tight deadlines and high-pressure deliverables

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content adaptation for each

Experience with motion design trends like kinetic typography, infographic animation, etc.

Capable of sourcing trending content and crafting visually engaging videos

Familiarity with the crypto/blockchain ecosystem (terminology, trends, communities)

Solid command over English (written and verbal) for captions, overlays, and team communication

Prior experience working in a creative agency or digital marketing team is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, or related field is a plus

🎯 Responsibilities

Take full ownership of video production from concept/storyboarding to final render

Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for YouTube and social media

Work with stock footage, music, and repurpose existing assets creatively

Design motion graphics, intro/outros, and animated elements to elevate content

Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign video strategies

Support YouTube content planning, thumbnail design, and visual optimization

Ensure visual consistency and high-quality standards across all content

Stay updated on latest video and design trends to keep content fresh and innovative

💼 Nice to Have

A portfolio/reel showcasing work in tech, finance, or Web3 industries

Experience in branding, advertising, or high-impact social video campaigns

Working knowledge of tools like Illustrator, Media Encoder, or Lightroom
