Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and creative Video Editor who also possesses strong graphic design skills to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished, engaging video content for various digital platforms, as well as designing static and motion graphics that enhance our visual storytelling. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging content for social media (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, Stories), YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms.

• Apply advanced editing techniques including color correction, sound design, visual effects, and motion graphics.

• Create static graphics, illustrations, and visual elements to complement video content and standalone design projects.

• Collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and other designers to understand project requirements and translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories.

• Ensure all video and graphic content aligns with client brand guidelines and project objectives.

• Manage and organize media assets efficiently, maintaining an organized library of footage, graphics, and projects.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, graphic design tools, trends, and social media best practices.

• Implement feedback effectively and iterate on designs and edits to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.

• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).

• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and audio.

• Knowledge of motion graphics principles and animation techniques.

• Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus, but relevant experience and a strong portfolio are key.
