🎥 Video Creator / Editor (AI Avatars + UGC Ads)

We are seeking skilled video creators to produce high-quality educational and marketing content for our compliance e-learning platform and product campaigns. This is a long-term, full-time project (3–6 months) with the potential for ongoing collaboration.

The role combines AI-driven avatar video production (HeyGen + ElevenLabs) with traditional UGC editing. You will be creating engaging training modules, explainers, and polished ads optimized for different platforms.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Produce AI-generated videos using HeyGen avatars and ElevenLabs voiceovers from provided scripts and slides.

• Refine scripts to improve narration flow, pacing, and engagement.

• Ensure accurate lip-syncing, natural pacing, and professional formatting in avatar-based videos.

• Edit UGC content (raw creator footage) into high-performing ads.

• Add B-Rolls, captions, transitions, and effects where needed.

• Optimize videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and e-learning platforms.

• Maintain brand consistency across all content.

• Deliver polished MP4s ready for LMS and campaigns.

• Collaborate with the team during UTC+1 business hours (minimum 2h overlap daily) for revisions & feedback.

🔹 Requirements

• Proven video editing experience (portfolio required).

• Strong proficiency with HeyGen (or similar AI video tools) and ElevenLabs.

• Experience with AI avatar-based content, including lip-syncing & pacing.

• Ability to edit both short-form ads (TikTok/Reels) and longer explainers (15–30 mins).

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Basic editing skills (cutting, trimming, transitions).

• Excellent communication and proactive work style.

• (Bonus) Background in e-learning, compliance, corporate training, or familiarity with LMS platforms.

🔹 Compensation

• Test Phase: Create 3 test videos (each paid at ₹___ per video).

• Full-Time Role: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skill & experience).

• Performance Bonus: Extra payout for ads that cross 100k+ views.
