The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, video shooting, editing, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage daily social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for campaigns, events, and promotions

• Develop creative ideas for reels, short videos, and brand storytelling

• Schedule posts, monitor performance, and analyze engagement insights

• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand tone and style

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and new tools

• Manage online reputation — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation

• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop preferred)

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and analytics

• Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills

• Experience in photography/videography (DSLR or mobile)

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
