We are looking for a L&D Executive to join our team VRKP Ispat Pvt.Ltd. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of upto 25000 per month and a chance to support professional growth in others.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and assist in Identifying development needs and design programs to address skill gaps.
Support and assist implementation of learning programs
Facilitate learning programs.
Conduct regular talent assessments.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess business needs and align learning initiatives with business objectives.
Understanding of the evaluation frameworks to measure the learners effectiveness is a plus
Support in analysing feedback to enhance the learning experience.
Create and manage training calendar.
Maintain employee records up-to-date, track their training, certifications, and progress.
Manage pre and post learning activities
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 0 to 6 month. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
