Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions focused on sales conversion, communication, lead closing, and objection handling.
Design and implement a structured sales training program tailored to team roles – telesales, inside sales, B2B, and retail.
Audit sales calls and identify skill gaps; coach team members to improve pitch delivery and persuasive selling.
Organize regular role-plays, mock calls, and coaching sessions to reinforce training objectives.
Create effective sales scripts, playbooks, and SOPs for different lead types and customer personas.
Track performance improvement post-training using metrics like conversion rates, follow-up success, and closure timelines.
Collaborate with Sales and Quality teams to continuously refine training based on real-time feedback and business needs.
Who We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Coach, preferably in high-volume or service-oriented industries
Strong grasp of sales psychology, funnel stages, and high-impact selling techniques
Excellent communication and public speaking skills; ability to motivate and energize teams
Experience working with telecalling or inside sales teams is a must
Familiarity with CRM tools and call quality metrics
A problem-solver with a coaching mindset, focused on improving individual and team performance
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience training teams in lead generation, follow-ups, or inside sales
Multilingual communication (Hindi and English mandatory)
Exposure to fast-paced, target-driven environments like ed-tech, fintech, insurance, or real estate
