We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic PDP (Personality Development Program) Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing the personality, communication, soft skills, and overall professional grooming of students/candidates. The role involves designing and delivering interactive training sessions that help individuals build confidence, develop interpersonal skills, and prepare for career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive training sessions on personality development, communication skills, interview preparation, group discussions, and professional etiquette.
Develop and deliver customized training modules as per the needs of students and organization requirements.
Guide participants on public speaking, presentation skills, confidence building, and body language.
Assess students’ strengths and weaknesses and provide personalized feedback for improvement.
Organize mock interviews, group activities, and role plays to simulate real-world scenarios.
Collaborate with academic/placement teams to ensure training aligns with industry requirements.
Maintain training records, progress reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Motivate students to achieve personal and professional growth.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in English, Communication, Psychology, Management, or related field).
Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students.
Knowledge of soft skills, grooming standards, and professional etiquette.
Confidence to handle group sessions as well as one-to-one mentoring.
